2. Orders and Payment

2.1 Payment Processing

  • For Orders in Brazilian Reals (BRL): Payments are securely processed via Mercado Pago.
  • For Orders in Other Currencies: Payments are securely processed via Stripe.

All payment information is transmitted via secure methods and is not stored on our servers. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product or service availability, errors in product information, errors in your order, or suspected fraud.

3. Shipping Policy

3.1 Shipping Within Brazil (Domestic Shipping)

We offer a range of carrier options for delivery within Brazil:

  • Loggi - Same Day: Available only in Belo Horizonte.
  • Total Express - Express: Expedited delivery nationwide.
  • Jadlog - Standard: Standard nationwide delivery.
  • Correios - PAC: Economic shipping.
  • Correios - Sedex: Express shipping.

Shipping fees are calculated based on the order's weight, volume, and delivery location.

3.2 International Shipping (Except Brazil)

We ship worldwide (excluding Brazil) using FedEx:

  • FedEx International Priority®
  • FedEx International Connect Plus
  • FedEx International Economy®
  • FedEx International First®

The choice of FedEx service depends on your location and delivery urgency. Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, volume, and destination.

Please note: Delivery times for international orders may be affected by customs procedures and regulations. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Returns & Refunds

4.1 Return Eligibility

You may return products within 7 days of receipt only if:

  • The product(s) arrive damaged, or
  • The product(s) are materially different from what was advertised on our website.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at [email protected]. We may require supporting evidence, such as photographs.

4.2 Return Conditions

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories.
  • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product(s), we will either replace the item(s) or provide a full refund at our discretion.
  • Shipping costs for returns will be covered by us only if the item was damaged or not as advertised.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products or services, including but not limited to loss or delay caused by third-party shipping carriers or customs procedures.
